Join Darchei Noam for a very interesting and informative lecture and slide show by Rabbi Capers Funnye - the first African American member of the Chicago Board of Rabbis. Rabbi Funnye is an interfaith activist who believes that "Judaism must shed its labels and embrace the diversity of its global peoplehood". Funnye is also the co-founder of the Alliance of Black Jews and first cousin once removed from Michelle Obama.
